At Daidre's Cleaning Service, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours so we have the opportunity to address your concerns.

Because cleaning services are completed on-site and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds for completed services.

If accidental damage occurs during a cleaning, please notify us as soon as possible. We will assess the situation and, at our discretion, repair or replace the damaged item with one of similar quality. In certain circumstances involving significant damage or service issues, we may choose to offer a partial or full refund.
